Job Overview

You will be part of a highly customer-focused team working to deliver our Membership management solution. As a Functional Consultant, you will work alongside a Project Manager to:

  • Design and scope the customer membership solution needs and requirements
  • Advise, build, and maintain membership systems according to customer needs and specifications
  • Develop excellent all-around customer relations at all levels
  • Be actively involved from late sales through to handover to our support team
  • Identify and clearly document the customers' business requirements and processes aligning it to the Silverbear solution
  • Deliver the CRM and Portal configuration, customization, and guide the implementation of the solution within each project

Desirable Attributes and Experience:

  • Have minimum 5 years of professional experience in a software/IT environment/membership management
  • Proven record of having responsibility and managing multiple workloads with time-critical deliverables
  • Experience of working in the Membership Management space
  • Able to demonstrate use of a project management methodology
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • CRM experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) Experience
  • Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge & Experience
