Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in Dynamics 365 software solutions. As a Senior Lead Functional Consultant, you will work alongside a Project Manager to deliver end-to-end business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and scope customer membership solution needs and requirements
  2. Advise, build, and maintain membership systems according to customer needs and specifications
  3. Develop excellent all-round customer relations at all levels
  4. Be actively involved from late sales through to handover to our support team
  5. Identify and clearly document customers' business requirements and processes aligning them to the Clear Course Membership solution
  6. Deliver CRM and Portal configuration, customization, and guide the implementation of the solution within each project
  7. Lead a small team of functional consultants in delivering projects
Requirements
  1. Minimum of five years' experience and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform
  2. Minimum of three years' experience of consultancy
  3. Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes and user stories, stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presenting, and coaching
  4. Ability to lead the CRM delivery within projects, ensuring effective overall delivery
  5. Ability to provide guidance and to mentor junior members of the CRM consultancy team
  6. Ability to shape and develop effective customer relationships to ensure they can become a trusted advisor
  7. Experience of working with third-party tools to support various phases of the project lifecycle, e.g., Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
  8. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  9. Experience of working with different project methodologies, supporting the planning of a project delivery, specifically, iterative, waterfall, and agile methodologies
  10. Experience of working with multiple digital stakeholders
