We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our expanding Key Accounts team as a Key Accounts Support Specialist. This role is crucial in assisting our key account clients by overseeing and coordinating vital administrative functions, ensuring seamless communication between our clients' central administration teams and our extensive network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Key Accounts Team in fulfilling administrative obligations associated with each key account trading agreement.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients' administrative and procurement teams and our subsidiary network to ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
  • Address and resolve pricing, invoicing, and returns inquiries by collaborating with clients and our service network teams.
  • Oversee the collection and provision of necessary documentation to reconcile accounts and facilitate timely settlements.
  • Maintain the Key Accounts Portal system, ensuring it is updated and following up on any outstanding information.
  • Work alongside the credit control team to effectively manage payment inquiries.
  • Support the processing of EDI orders via MAM Autopart.
  • Manage authorized unlocking requests for restricted parts within the system.
  • Perform any additional essential administrative tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in essential IT applications including Email, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address administrative challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, and customer service proficiency.
  • Able to cultivate strong professional relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, issue resolution, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with MAM Autopart is advantageous.
