About the Role

As a Senior Mental Health Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing service plans to meet the needs of our service users
  • Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing supervision and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver excellent services
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery
