Job Title: Sales Supervisor

My client is a renowned furniture brand with a rich history of producing high-quality products. We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team in Princes Risborough.

The Company

We have been a leading manufacturer of solid wood products for over 100 years, with a passion for innovation in design and manufacturing. Our state-of-the-art factory in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, produces high-quality products, while we also source products from various companies around the world.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Outlet Sales team based in the ercol Head Office in Princes Risborough. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the product, ensuring it is displayed to the brand standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for maintaining the Outlet product stock list and location of each item.
  • Maintain the Outlet listings, showing accurate images, description, and pricing on the Outlet website and on eBay.
  • Update stock on various sales platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and maintain the highest levels of customer service, both on the telephone and when meeting customers face-to-face in the Showroom and Outlet store.
  • Liaise with the Sales & Marketing Director weekly on Outlet sales to plan promotions and product offers.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team on image requirements for the Outlet website and eBay, and the creation of social media promotions.
  • Process and follow-up orders from the Showroom, website, and eBay.
Requirements

You will be confident to engage with all areas of the Company, it is a hands-on role working with many departments, so it will be important to build relationships.

Good organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident and calm approach to dealing with customers and staff, IT literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and confident to learn the CRM systems.

Be versatile, flexible, and able to multi-task to effectively respond to the pressures of the role. Commercial awareness and develop industry knowledge. Delegation and staff supervisory skills.

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, based in Princes Risborough.
