About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Churchill Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of the apartment and lifestyle.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the site and be able to showcase apartments to customers.
  • Liaise with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
Requirements
  • Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
  • Professional and responsible selling at all times.
  • Previous experience of using IT databases.
  • A valid UK Driver's Licence.
