An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Property Sales Negotiator with 6-12 months of experience in real estate to join a prominent estate agency.

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting property viewings, gathering property information, and coordinating photography sessions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing property values and marketing properties for sale.
  • Monitoring ongoing transactions and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Updating clients on new property listings through the CRM system.
  • Connecting buyers with mortgage services and conveyancers.
  • Promoting the agency's services across all departments, including Financial Services and Solicitor referrals.

We are seeking candidates who:
  • Have prior experience as a Property Sales Negotiator or in a comparable role.
  • Possess strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the real estate market.
  • Are proficient in computer usage.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
