Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Minerva, a leading healthcare provider. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in the assessment and rehabilitation of adults with acquired brain injury within the BIRT neurobehavioral model.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments, coordinating and leading care plans, and implementing therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions and set SMART goals with service users and the team.
  • Provide psychological advice to the multi-disciplinary team and oversee the implementation of therapeutic approaches.
  • Perform risk assessments and manage psychological aspects of risk while maintaining high standards of clinical record-keeping and data collection.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in local meetings, contributing a psychological perspective.
  • Assist in the development of clinical policies and delivery models for neuropsychology.
  • Maintain communication links with NHS, Social Services, and other relevant agencies.

Requirements
  • Degree in Psychology, accepted by BPS.
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Or equivalent)
  • HCPC Registered
