Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Nurses and Occupational Therapists to join our dedicated and friendly teams in the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in North & West Oxfordshire.

Main Duties

You will need to be organised, flexible and committed to delivering the highest possible care to our client group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good IT skills are essential. The means to access patients and travel across the locality is essential.

On a day to day basis, you will be carrying a caseload and working alongside the wider MDT, assessing and offering interventions to people over the age of 65 with complex mental health needs and/or dementia.

Working with the CMHT, you will be very well supported by a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. Supervision is fundamental to the functioning of the team both clinically, and in terms of the wellbeing of our staff. We offer professional supervision/CPD opportunities.
