Job Description

Job Title: Head of UI/UX Design

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced design leader to join our team as Head of UI/UX Design. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative and user-centered experiences across multiple products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers to create user-centered and innovative designs
  • Develop and communicate design vision and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
  • Manage and prioritize design projects and initiatives
  • Ensure design quality and consistency across products and platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience in design leadership and management
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and design methodologies
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with design tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Experience with design systems and design operations
