* Conduct in-depth analysis of store performance to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with the Head of Retail Operations and Area Managers to gather insights on conversion rates, units per transaction, and average selling price
* Evaluate over-productive stores and identify opportunities to maximize average transaction value
* Ensure transaction quality is maximized through optimal product combinations
* Create detailed sales performance reports and conduct weekly meetings with store managers
* Assist the Retail Operations team with deployment scheduling and optimize staff levels based on forecasted sales and footfall

**Requirements:**
