About the Role
You will assist with the creative, commercially focused business and communication initiatives across the museum heritage sites for Leicestershire County Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to promote the museum heritage sites.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media and website platforms.
- Assist with the design and production of marketing materials, including print and digital assets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for marketing and communications in a commercially focused B2C environment.
Requirements
- Experience of marketing and communications in a commercially focused B2C environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across all museum front of house sites, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays.
- Proficient in the use of social media and website content management systems.
- Proficient in design packages, image, and video tools.
