Programming and Partnerships Officer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Programming and Partnerships team at Clumber Park. As a Programming and Partnerships Officer, you will play a key role in planning and delivering seasonal events, managing volunteers, and maintaining a high level of visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of seasonal events, including Easter, Summer, and Christmas celebrations.
- Manage volunteers and work collaboratively with other property departments and teams.
- Develop and maintain a high level of visitor experience, ensuring that all visitors have a positive and engaging experience.
- Utilize computer skills to respond to emails, complete planning documents, and use Microsoft Office and other software as required.
- Experience in running events and activities, and/or working with community partners.
- Familiarity with audiences in the areas of heritage, culture, arts, and the natural environment.
- Ability to measure and assess results, and show their impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
- Flexibility and willingness to work with different teams and partners, and to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
