About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with clients of all ages, assessing their needs and developing personalised treatment plans to help them achieve greater independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to enhance clients' daily living skills and promote independence.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to manage their conditions and promote healthy living.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a community care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
