Job Title: Band 5 Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Surrey. As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering inpatient rehabilitation services to elderly adults with various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience working with elderly adults and neurological conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
