Location: You will be working from our office in Gloucester.

Role Overview: In this position, you will collaborate with clients across various regions, contributing to the broader administrative team to assist with all secretarial and administrative tasks within a bustling office environment. We welcome candidates of all experience levels; however, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely management of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • General secretarial duties, including document preparation, meeting scheduling, and minute-taking.
  • Creation and distribution of marketing materials and updates on external platforms.
  • Maintenance of property listings on the company website.
  • Updating and managing the internal property/client database.
  • Oversight of valuation records.
  • Issuing invoices to clients as necessary.
  • Database management and updates.
  • Handling petty cash and reconciliations.
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients and visitors.
  • Managing general office supplies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with some flexibility).

Compensation: £25,000 per annum, including benefits such as free onsite parking, private medical and dental insurance, a company pension, a cycle-to-work scheme, team social events, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a contractual company bonus.
