Real Estate Office Administrator

Location: You will be working from our office in Gloucester.
Role Overview: In this position, you will collaborate with clients across various regions, contributing to the broader administrative team to assist with all secretarial and administrative tasks within a bustling office environment. We welcome candidates of all experience levels; however, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely management of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- General secretarial duties, including document preparation, meeting scheduling, and minute-taking.
- Creation and distribution of marketing materials and updates on external platforms.
- Maintenance of property listings on the company website.
- Updating and managing the internal property/client database.
- Oversight of valuation records.
- Issuing invoices to clients as necessary.
- Database management and updates.
- Handling petty cash and reconciliations.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients and visitors.
- Managing general office supplies.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with some flexibility).
Compensation: £25,000 per annum, including benefits such as free onsite parking, private medical and dental insurance, a company pension, a cycle-to-work scheme, team social events, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a contractual company bonus.
