**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our client's expanding Medical Negligence team in Manchester. As a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing high-value Clinical Negligence claims, particularly catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries, such as those involving cerebral palsy.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Clinical Negligence claims of the highest value, including catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries
  • Lead on these cases with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Clinical Negligence matters
  • Work closely with other departments, such as medical experts and barristers, to ensure seamless case management

**Requirements:

  • Grade A Solicitor with significant experience managing high-value Clinical Negligence cases
  • Strong supervisory skills with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
