Job Description

**Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor Wanted for National Law Firm**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our expanding Medical Negligence team at a national, Legal 500 law firm based in Manchester. The successful candidate will manage high-value Clinical Negligence claims, including catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries, such as those involving cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Clinical Negligence claims of the highest value, including catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries
  • Lead on these cases with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers to ensure high-quality case management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Grade A Solicitor with significant experience managing high-value Clinical Negligence cases
  • Strong supervisory skills with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
