Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our expanding Medical Negligence team in Manchester. Our client is a national, Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation in the market.

About the Role

The successful Solicitor will manage high-value Clinical Negligence claims, particularly catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries. You will lead on these cases with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Clinical Negligence claims of the highest value
  • Lead on cases with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience managing high-value Clinical Negligence cases
  • Strong supervisory skills and excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
