About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join our client's team in Manchester or Liverpool.

As a Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer, you will handle a caseload of complex, higher-value clinical negligence claims and work closely with clients and experts to ensure cases are conducted to a high standard.

You will be responsible for liaising with clients, providing technical support to junior team members, and negotiating settlements as required.

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with 5+ years of clinical negligence experience
  • Multi-track experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Previous experience negotiating settlements is preferable
