Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Validator to become a vital member of the Corporate Planned Care Team.

The precision, promptness, consistency, and relevance of data and information are crucial for our organization, not only to ensure appropriate revenue levels but also to guide strategic decisions regarding the future of clinical services and patient safety. The data generated by our organization supports secondary users within the healthcare system, governmental bodies, and external organizations in producing statistics and monitoring clinical outcomes and essential quality indicators.

This position will primarily focus on validating the Referral to Treatment (RTT) Patient Tracking List (PTL); identifying and rectifying any pathway data discrepancies utilizing various clinical systems.

The successful candidate will adopt a logical approach and be adept at recognizing the individual needs of patients to facilitate their progression through the care pathway.

The working schedule will consist of 5 days per week; Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will validate RTT pathways for patients listed on the elective RTT PTL. They will conduct targeted validation, identifying and correcting data entry inaccuracies while working to advance patients along their care pathway without unnecessary delays.

The Validator will collaborate with Operational and Administrative personnel across the organization, as part of a Corporate Planned Care Team committed to achieving significant and sustainable enhancements to elective care treatment pathways.
