Global Head of Brand & Creative

We're seeking a seasoned brand leader to join our team as Global Head of Brand & Creative. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our brand strategy across all markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Proposition Development: Utilize customer insight and market analysis to create a compelling brand proposition that drives business growth.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure our brand is best positioned to capitalize on commercial opportunities in each market.
  • Brand Governance: Establish clear brand guidelines and ensure all stakeholders understand their role in bringing the brand to life.
  • Brand Measurement: Collaborate with Research and Insight to develop and own metrics that monitor brand health and success.
  • Brand Alignment: Work with country MDs, Heads of Product, and Creative to ensure all plans, products, and promotions reflect the brand proposition and purpose.
  • Brand Tone of Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all channels.
