Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Administrator to join our team at HMP Leeds. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with daily routine transactional administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the Welcome Centre team with visitor management, including processing visitor bookings and managing visitor records.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
