About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our care home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
