As a Coordinator in our M&E Compliance division, you will leverage your initiative, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting to uphold the highest safety standards for our customers' residences.
Your daily responsibilities will include serving as a key contact for customers and various departments within the organization. You will verify certifications, manage databases, analyze information, and evaluate individual cases for potential escalation.
Attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload are essential. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both customers and internal teams will be crucial to your success.
This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The working hours are partially flexible, as we aim to provide direct support to operations from 8am to 5pm. A hybrid working arrangement is available.
About The Candidate
To excel as a Coordinator - M&E Compliance, you should possess the skills, knowledge, and experience expected for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the following specific qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas).
  • Experience with information systems and databases.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Capability to remain composed and professional under pressure, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Exhibit behaviors that promote excellent customer service.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
