As a Coordinator in our M&E Compliance team, you will leverage your initiative, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting to uphold the highest safety standards for our customers' residences.
Your daily responsibilities will include serving as a key contact for customers and various business units. You will verify certifications, manage databases, analyze information, and assess individual cases for potential escalation.
To excel in this position, you must possess a keen attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal teams will be essential.
This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The working hours are partially flexible, as direct support to operations is required during standard business hours. A hybrid working arrangement may also be available.
About The Candidate
To thrive as a Coordinator - M&E Compliance, you should have the skills, knowledge, and experience typical of a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the following specific qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas).
  • Experience with information systems and databases.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Capability to remain composed and professional under pressure, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
