About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at Young & Co.'s Brewery. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion excellent service through quality food and maintain high standards of presentation and taste.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, showcasing creativity and ability.
  • Develop and implement effective controls to maintain high GP and labour standards.
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, with a passion for producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and challenges.
  • High standards of presentation and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
