Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our Colchester store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and participating in visual merchandising and display activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as required, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store inventory.

Requirements

  • 4 or 8 hour part time contracts available with the opportunity to flex-up hours when required.
  • Weekend availability a must.
  • Flexibility to work shifts throughout the week desired.
