Solutions Billing Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solutions Billing Executive to join our Business Solutions and Services Team. This role is critical to supporting the monthly invoice runs for our annuity services and managing the financial aspects of complex solution and service orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and invoice annuity platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service in billing and reporting.
  • Handle bespoke invoicing requirements for specific customers as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing or reports.
  • Work closely with the IT supply chain to oversee recurring billing and processes.
  • Raise and action disputes with suppliers for incorrect billing and credits.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and tools.
  • Review and improve billing processes and procedures to identify efficiencies.
  • Support reporting on Solution and Service orders to prevent order backlogs.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to new situations and the ability to build successful relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a desire for learning and knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, being proactive, enthusiastic, persistent, conscientious, confident, and a team player.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working with numbers.
