About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks appealing and well-stocked.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £7.37-£12.05, depending on age and experience.
  • A minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
