About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team at TouchBase Fife. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide a welcoming and supportive service to our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional reception service, ensuring a warm and welcoming approach to our clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Support our services for adults, children, and support living services, providing administrative tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clients, staff, and stakeholders.
