Job Summary: Bluebird Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week, including early morning and late shifts, and alternate weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.10 per hour on weekdays, £14.30 per hour on weekends, and £26.20 per hour on bank holidays.
