Key Responsibilities- Personal Care and Support: Assist customers with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escorting and Support: Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Person-Centred Approach: Support our customers to achieve maximum independence and individual aspirations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility: Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
- Personal Care Experience: Ideally have personal care experience (not essential).
- Teamwork: Be able to work under pressure and as a team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
