The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of Children's Neurodevelopment Teams, ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical services for individuals with ADHD and Autism.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clear and visible operational and clinical leadership, upholding and monitoring clinical standards of the service.
- Manage and supervise the team, supporting the Service Manager and Directorate Leads in delivering the service.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure parity in mental and physical health needs, and to ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and efficiently.
- Professional qualification to degree level or equivalent.
- Evidence of up-to-date and applicable CPD.
- Extensive experience of working at Band 6 or above.
