About the Role:

Penta Hotels UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the Guest Service Agent teams to deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication across the Guest Service Agent teams and address any staffing concerns with the Manager.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Guest Service Manager to develop and maintain high standards of customer care and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including health and safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of reception and food and beverage procedures, ensuring they are aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A warm, confident, and friendly approach to customer service.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Dedicated and committed to achieving high standards of customer satisfaction.
