Job Summary:

Edmundson Electrical, a leading distributor of branded electrical equipment, is seeking ambitious graduates to join their sales teams as Graduate Sales Trainees. This role offers a comprehensive training program, including on-the-job training and professional sales training, to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the business, products, and market
  • Receive continuous on-the-job training and professional sales training
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from new customers and dormant/lapsed accounts
  • Gain thorough product knowledge to be competent and effective when dealing with customers and promoting the benefits of using Edmundson Electrical as a supplier of choice
  • Chase down leads, influence, negotiate, and generate sales over the phone and in person
