Job Overview:

 

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will embark on a rewarding journey to develop your sales skills and contribute to the success of our business. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a successful career in sales. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, driven, and eager to learn.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Learn and understand our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through various channels.
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • High school or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Drivers license.
