Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support to hydro schemes, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical qualification (engineering, systems control, renewable energy) at certificate or degree level or significant experience in a technical field.
- Highly organized and systems-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in system fault finding and resolution, with a strong understanding of industrial control systems.
- Ability to consistently and reliably follow processes, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, dependent on experience, with a range of £50-60,000.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A hybrid home working arrangement, with regular travel throughout Scotland, on average circa 4-6 days per month.
