About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in supporting a young woman to achieve her full potential in her home in Blairgowrie.

No prior experience in care is required, as we provide comprehensive in-house training to all new staff members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the individual with daily activities, including social support, medical support, personal care, and practical support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a lively and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities.
  • Administer and monitor medication.
  • Assist people to maintain their wellbeing by promoting their personal care.
  • Help people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks.
