A prominent independent real estate consultancy has engaged Beach Baker to find a Real Estate Management Consultant for their office in Bristol. This recruitment is a result of successfully securing a new client based in Bristol. We are looking for a real estate management consultant with ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience who will be provided with substantial support and the autonomy to thrive within this expanding firm.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Lead property manager for a single client overseeing a regional portfolio of approximately 8-10 properties, including residential, leisure, and retail tenants.
  • Strong grasp of budget formulation, cost management, and service charge recovery/administration
  • Knowledge of building structures, mechanical and electrical installations, and contract oversight
  • Familiarity with lease renewals, rent assessments, and property transactions
  • Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practices
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong numerical and written communication skills
  • Ability to produce clear, concise reports with well-reasoned conclusions and recommendations
  • Target-oriented and capable of working efficiently
  • Preferably RICS qualified
  • Possession of a full UK driving license
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property management

The hiring manager is open to considering candidates ranging from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor level and encourages applicants who possess the ambition to excel in a new role. The character of the individual is of utmost importance.
