Job Title: Multi-Skilled Resident Engineer

Location: Newham Schools, London

Job Type: Full-time

Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, competitive salary plus generous overtime package, on call allowance and Red Report Bonus.

Job Description:

About the Role:

  • Undertake planned & reactive trade-related maintenance tasks within own area of expertise and skills set.
  • Participate in the out of hours call out rota as designated.
  • Take measurements, estimate labour and identify material requirements for follow-on works via the red reporting system.
  • Provide support to other trades when required.

Requirements:

  • Industry recognised qualifications in plumbing/electrical/general maintenance.
  • Experience in a similar role carrying out plumbing, electrical and general maintenance duties.
  • Hold a full drivers license.
