About the Role

We are seeking a Sheltered Scheme Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering a customer-focused housing service, ensuring tenants are provided with a safe and clean environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean designated areas to approved standard.
  • Monitor facilities and report any incidents, such as repairs to equipment or stores required.
  • Secure premises at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed, including the use of all relevant personal protective equipment.

  • Able to work within the confidentiality of the post in line with current Data Protection arrangements.

  • A full UK driver's license and access to a car.
