Job Title: Bodyshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Clear Automotive. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our prestige repair site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of experts, including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators, and administrative staff.
  • Oversee entire site management, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service.
  • Set targets and ensure Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees, driving performance and achieving or exceeding all financial and operational targets.
  • Effectively manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability.
  • Monitor individual productive performance to minimise non-productive time.
  • Establish, maintain, and promote good working relations with key personnel.
  • Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts, and reception staff.
  • Actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships.
  • Deal with any customer issues.
Requirements:
  • A vast knowledge and experience of the repair process and claims process.
  • A natural leader with excellent people management skills.
  • A high level of business acumen.
  • Results-driven.
  • Previous experience of site management within the Accident repair industry.
