About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Wiltshire Nursing Team at Julia's House Dorset/Wiltshire Children's Hospices. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions at our Devizes Hospice and in the children's own homes across Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide family-centered respite care in the Hospice and Community settings, working in line with Julia's House policies and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to meet the diverse individual needs of children and young people with complex conditions.
- Participate in clinical nursing assessments, planning, and delivering care that is evidence-based and safe.
- Role model Julia's House Values and Behaviours at all times.
Requirements
- RSCN/RN (Child Branch) - Diploma or Degree, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RGN, or RN Adult.
- Safeguarding Awareness Level 3.
- Experience of working with sick children and their families, with a strong understanding of equal opportunities.
