Responsibilities of a Nursery Relief Practitioner

  • Ensure that the unique needs of each child are met, including providing support for parents with any SEND/ASL requirements.
  • Take responsibility for the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in accordance with EYFS, ensuring developmentally appropriate next steps are provided.
  • Foster and celebrate children's growth and accomplishments.
  • Most importantly, create an environment filled with FUN .
