On-call: 1 in 4 weeks, £100/week when on-call

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Domestic Abuse Casework Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in managing local projects and ensuring that our teams are effectively supported and supervised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operational management and line management of the local project team.
  • Provide consistent and supportive supervision to team members, including regular reviews and monthly supervisions.
  • Handle local incidents and safeguarding matters with professionalism, ensuring they are addressed, communicated, followed up, and documented appropriately.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services to a caseload of clients, adopting a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
  • Foster opportunities for client involvement within the project(s).

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required for roles involving travel to work).
  • Workload Management: Ability to effectively manage your own workload and supervise direct reports.

  • Approach to Work: Motivation and ability to embed a recovery-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach within the projects.
