About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at the University of Cumbria. As a key member of our Student Services Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality student mental health and wellbeing service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a high-performing student mental health and wellbeing service, ensuring it meets key priority delivery areas and is delivered to required timescales.
  • Lead a team providing specialist mental health and wellbeing support and resources for students, maximizing their student experience.
  • Establish and maintain close links with related student and staff support teams within the wider context of the Student Services Directorate.
  • Provide expert guidance and specialist expertise in student mental health and welfare incidents, ensuring an excellent support service is delivered to students in line with the University's strategy.
