Role Objective

To support the Night Manager during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests, while also performing reception duties and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests, assisting with luggage and other requests as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in various areas of the hotel, including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant, bar, public spaces, and staff areas.
  • Execute cleaning tasks as directed by the manager on duty, following nightly checklists that may include setting up function rooms and breakfast areas.
  • Ensure the front entrance and exterior of the hotel are kept clean and tidy, including emptying bins and picking up litter.
  • Understand and adhere to the hotel's fire safety procedures to ensure the well-being of all staff and guests.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
