About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's events team to create bespoke desserts and pastries for special occasions.
