Key Responsibilities:- Engage directly with clients to evaluate technical inquiries and deliver suitable solutions, demonstrating exceptional communication abilities.
- Transform high-value quotations into confirmed orders while maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
- Prepare and negotiate quotes, while analyzing costs and profit margins.
- Interpret customer technical inquiries to provide relevant valve solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to manage inquiries and process purchase orders.
- Ensure adherence to export control regulations.
- Conduct customer visits and support external sales teams to fulfill client expectations.
- Calculate product costs based on estimates and manufacturing expenses.
- Identify new product opportunities and contribute to marketing efforts.
- Enhance professional and technical knowledge through networking opportunities.
- Participate in sales exhibitions, which may involve international travel.
- Background in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Strong commercial insight and customer-centric approach.
- Experience in sales methodologies and negotiation tactics.
- Familiarity with costing and pricing strategies in engineering products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
