Sales Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to evaluate technical inquiries and deliver suitable solutions, demonstrating exceptional communication abilities.
  • Transform high-value quotations into confirmed orders while maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotes, while analyzing costs and profit margins.
  • Interpret customer technical inquiries to provide relevant valve solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to manage inquiries and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure adherence to export control regulations.
  • Conduct customer visits and support external sales teams to fulfill client expectations.
  • Calculate product costs based on estimates and manufacturing expenses.

Qualifications:
  • Background in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong commercial insight and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in sales methodologies and negotiation tactics.
  • Familiarity with costing and pricing strategies in engineering products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
